How do HYZSP-2  Sweet Potato Transplanter plant the Seedlings ?  

Some Seedling transplanter machines cannot plant on mulch  film,  and others can’t plant the Sweet Potato Seedlings obliquely.

The HYZSP-2 Sweet Potato Transplanter have special designed Clips with Crank Rockers . They can pick up the Seedlings precisely from Clamps and plant to the raised ridges properly with oblique planting.

The tractor drives the Transplanter, Fertilizer, Rotary tillage machine , Irrigation Drip Tape Layer,  Plastic Film Cover and Watering System together. All the functions are completed at one time. Therefore, it will maximize the work efficiency, and achieve the best planting performance.

When transplanting, the assistant seedling Feeder separates the potato seedlings and places them one by one on the corresponding seedling position of the conveyor belt. It transport the potato seedlings to the bottom seedling position. Then The seedling clamp clips the potato seedlings from the seedling position and inserts them into the soil. The movement trajectory of the seedling clamp determines the potato seedling transplanting form (oblique transplanting, boat-bottom transplanting).

The clip-type Sweet Potato Transplanter adopts the cutting clamp seedling transplanting method, It can not only do ridge transplanting without film covering, but also can transplanting on ridge with film covered. What’s more, the transplanting depth can adjust by setting the depth limiting wheel height. Since the conveyor belt length and seedling position are fixed, the row spacing and plant spacing are fixed. We will customize the required row spacing and plant spacing according to customer needs.

The Crank Rocker move up and down uniformly.  It take the clips to pick up Sweet Potato Seedlings precisely from Clamps.

Conveyor Belt with Clamps hold Sweet Potato Seedlings and transit to the bottom.

When the Sweet Potato Seedlins move near to Conveyor belt Clips.  the Clips pick up the Sweet Potato seedlings and inserts them into the raised ridges.

The Sweet Potato Seedlings are planted obliquely uniformly to the raised planting bed.
